Karen & Carter had a gorgeous gorgeous wedding in Mill Valley! Karen is a classic beauty…and Carter is a class-act (despite the testimonies of his friends)!! You couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful, relaxed day! We started at the Mill Valley Inn for Karen to get ready (with beautiful makeup and hair by Sarah Hyde) and our family photos, then headed to one of my favorite venues – the Outdoor Art Club. It was my third time there, but it never gets old…it’s such a beautiful, peaceful, adorable venue!! I was also delighted to get to work once again with the amazingly talented florist, Natasha of Water Lily Pond. Her designs are always so fantastically whimsical and vibrant! The outdoor wedding was beautiful…I think my favorite part was the piece that Carter wrote for Karen….he’s an amazing writer and it had EVERYONE in tears, including all the groomsmen (don’t worry, I have evidence.) After the ceremony we went inside to be treated with a delicious dinner (All Seasons) and beautiful cake (Flour Chylde). Karen & Carter’s friends and family gave some of the absolute funniest toasts and roasts I have ever heard!! Then The Fundamentals got everyone on the dance floor – there was even a conga line!
